About us
Lindenpost reports objectively on daily life, culture, nature, leisure, science, and sports in Germany. The editorial team refrains from reporting on politics, crime, and international conflicts.
IllustrationLindenpost is a German-language news portal operated by the American media company Brightmoor Media LLC. The service is aimed at readers seeking reliable information about life in Germany without reports on politics and crime.
The topic areas cover daily life, leisure, nature, culture, science, and sports. The editorial team reviews press releases from institutions, official announcements, and reports from German-language media, summarizing them in factual news reports.
Transparency forms the foundation of editorial work. All primary sources used are linked directly in the articles, while symbolic illustrations are identified as such.
How we work
Our stories are based on reports by German media, press releases from public bodies, universities and organisers, and official statistics. We check each fact against the original source, rewrite it in plain English and link every source at the end of the article.
